1. Agreement By using Tenant Ninja services you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services Tenant Ninja provides domain registration, web hosting, and related services. Services are provided as-is and subject to availability.

3. Payment All fees are due in advance. Invoices must be paid within 5 days of issue. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension. Prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

4. Renewals Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.

5. Refunds Refunds are issued at our discretion. Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed. Hosting refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase only.

6. Acceptable Use You may not use our services for illegal activity, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable UAE law.

7. Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability Tenant Ninja is not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Privacy We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
